COVID-19 Visitor Update

[Last updated 13 July 2022]

We continue to prioritise the provision of a COVID Safe environment within our rehabilitation facilities and regularly review the risk of community transmission that may present through our visitors. As such, with the escalating levels of transmission within the community, our visiting conditions have been updated.

As of Wednesday 13 July 2022, we will be permitting only two (2) visitors (children included) per patient, per day, for a maximum of two (2) hours, except end of life, within the specified hours below.

Visiting hours will be as follows:

  • Monday–Sunday (including public holidays): 12:00pm to 6:00pm

Please note, only two (2) visitors will be permitted to enter a shared room at any given time and should that conflict with other visitors, they will be asked to visit in the patient lounge or wait until the room is unoccupied, or alternatively we can arrange an external area, weather permitting.

Visitors should NOT visit if they are unwell, have any flu like symptoms, or if they have been advised by the Department of Health to isolate.
